In the first days of the war, the organization signed a call for the protection of children’s rights in Ukraine, and after the unexpected escalation of the conflict and increasing rate of children in war victims members of EAP signed a call to close the sky over Ukraine.
The issues of medical care for Ukrainian children in European countries, help for Ukrainian doctors and nurses is constantly discussed in the EAP chat and e-mail correspondence. The European Academy of Pediatrics has provided a € 10,000 humanitarian grant to its Ukrainian counterparts and has announced on its website a fundraiser for humanitarian aid to Ukrainian children.

A podcast recently recorded by journalist Andrew Lansley of the LOW news agency recently appeared on the EAP website.
